It has come to the Secretary of the Commonwealth’s attention that a packaging error by the state’s ballot
printing vendor may have resulted in a very small number of voters in Berkley receiving the incorrect ballot.
If you still have your mail-in ballot, you can confirm that you received the correct ballot by looking at the
right side of the yellow ballot header for “Berkley” and the number 190.
If you have already returned your ballot, the outer envelope will be examined to confirm that you received the correct ballot. If it is determined that you received an incorrect ballot, the town clerk will send you a replacement. Only one ballot will be counted for each voter.
