The Cable Television Advisory Committee’s primary function is to:
- Help negotiate cable licensing agreement with the Town,
- Help provide/oversee programming for school (education access) and town government, and public access
- Oversee/manage budget (from cable provider) and oversee Public Access Studio.
The current (and only) cable service provider is (COMCAST) whose license expires September 30, 2031.
Berkley Community Access TV can be watched on Channel 9 and Channel 95. Livestream on our web server as well as access Video-on-Demand (VOD) for playback of previously recorded meetings.
Residents may request recordings of meetings for a fee of $20.00 per recording.
The Community Bulletin Board is an electronic “CHARACTER GENERATOR” which can accommodate JPEG images and flash animation.
