Berkley 250th Anniversary Vendor Fair

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Berkley 250th Anniversary Vendor Fair on the Berkley Common from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Vendor Setup Time: Drop off time is between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM (roads close at 8:00 AM for the road race which begins at 10). Set up or drop off should be done by 8am. We will send parking instructions once registered and paid.

Vendor space is limited. Your spot is not reserved until payment (if applicable) is received and you receive confirmation from the event organizers. Registration will close June 1st or when spaces are filled, whichever comes first. We will limit the number of duplicate vendors to 2.

The event will include dedicated food trucks, so vendors selling prepared food or beverages are limited. Pre-packaged food items may be permitted.

Please note: Electricity will not be available.

This is a rain or shine event. In the case of severe weather we will make a decision the night before and notify all participants. We recommend bringing a canopy or tent.
