Berkley Economic Development Plan Available for Review

The Berkley Economic Development Plan is available for public review. Developed by the Town of Berkley in partnership with the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District, the plan represents several years of work, including public meetings, community surveys, data collection, and opportunities for public input regarding economic development and the future of business in Berkley.

The plan provides a comprehensive collection of demographic and economic data, offering a detailed look at Berkley by the numbers and identifying potential opportunities for future growth and development. It also includes a series of recommendations intended to serve as a guide for the Town as it considers future decisions related to economic development, land use, infrastructure, and investment.

The plan is intended to provide the Town with information and a framework for continued discussion and future decision-making.

Representatives from the Southeastern Regional Planning and Economic Development District and other project participants will be available tonight at the Summer Concert Series on the Berkley Common to discuss the plan, answer questions, and receive public feedback.

Residents, businesses, and other interested parties are encouraged to review the plan and participate in the discussion.
