The Berkley Board of Selectmen has approved updates to the Town’s Plumbing, Gas, Mechanical/HVAC, and Electrical permit fee schedules. The revised fees will take effect on September 1, 2026.
The updated fee schedules are available below. Permit applications submitted on or after September 1, 2026, will be subject to the revised fees. Applications received before that date will be processed under the current fee schedules.
